Pathology tests
Dorevitch Pathology provides a blood and specimen collection service at both clinics. At Beechworth, staff from Dorevitch attend every weekday, 8.30-1.00 and 1.30-3.00, and may carry out home visits where necessary.
Home Visits
Home visits are available for regular patients whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery. Please discuss with our nurse or your doctor, to determine the timing and priority of your request.
Telephone Access
GPs in the practice may be contacted during normal surgery hours. If the GP is with a patient, a message will be taken. GPs generally attend to phone messages at the end of their morning and afternoon sessions.
Reminder System
Our practice is committed to preventive care. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventive health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this recall system please let us know at reception.
Waiting Room and patient facilities
Disabled access is available. Waiting rooms are air-conditioned and a child's play area is provided. Patients' toilets are available, and a baby change table is provided.
