Medical students and postgraduate doctors in training
Four of our doctors are accredited GP Supervisors involved in the post-graduate GP training programme. From time to time we have medical students who may sit in on consultations.

Beechworth is situated in the foothills of the Victorian Alps, 38km (½ hour) from Albury-Wodonga to the north-east, and 30km from Wangaratta to the south-west. Melbourne is 3 hours drive to the south. It has a population of 4,100 and is a historic goldrush town dating back to 1852.

Beechworth is a wine region, predominantly consisting of independent, small to boutique winemakers and growers, and produces some of Australia’s finest wines, particularly Chardonnay, Shiraz and Gamay. Several Beechworth vignerons are nationally and internationally recognised for their high quality and unique wines.
